have one of the Bangladesh’s leading telecommunications
practice. Since the deregulation of the telecommunications
industry we have been advising new entrants and incumbent
telecommunications operators, regulators, equipment
suppliers, service providers and users on a wide range of
legal and regulatory issues.
We have experience of managing a vast range of
telecommunications projects. These include advising on
licensing, lobbying and regulatory matters, and contractual
advice and negotiations in relation to network build,
outsourcing, equipment and software supply, service
provision and many other issues.

Siemens We assisted Siemens in its project contract for
supply, erection &

Vectone Telecommunications In 2004 we assisted Vectone
Telecommunication,
UK in reshuffling its representation and in setting up its
internet and broadcasting
