Practitioners of highest level are granted the opportunity
of doing the research work and facilitate the project. In
2006 Doulah & Doulah along with its partners was granted the
framework project for two lots as follows:
LOT 11
Our consortium led by IDC has been awarded the European
Commission’s Country Framework Project for the Lot 11
described as follows. At present we are the firm from

ix Insurance sector (incl. insurance accounting and

xi External trade policy
xii Competition policy
xiii Privatisation and industrial policy, including
Public-Private Partnership

Our consortium led by ATOS has been awarded the European
Commission’s Country Framework Project for the Lot 10
described as follows. At present we are the firm from

i Investment promotion (domestic and foreign)
ii Small and Medium enterprises (SME) support (inclusive
advisory services for management, production, technology,
research & development, marketing, partnership, safety,
exports promotion, financing, human resources management
incl. gender issue, training, environmental impact,
production quality, etc.)
iii Commercial banking, inclusive financial services to SMEs
(credit lines, equity, guarantees, micro-credits …),
